This Privacy Policy applies to information provided or entered by you in using Norco’s Site, as defined by the Terms of Access, Use, Purchase and Payment.

 

This Privacy Policy applies to information Norco collects from:

 

  • Your use of the Site, including the payment portal;
  • Email, text, and other electronic communications between you and Norco; and
  • Through any other software application, including any mobile application, Norco may offer.

Please read this document carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information, including personally identifiable information, and how we will treat it.  By using our Site or submitting information to us, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Our Site is not intended for children under 18 years of age.  No one under age 18 should use or provide any information through the Site.

Norco uses the information we collect:

  • To enable and assess the functionality of the Site,
  • To process orders and payments generated through the Site, and
  • To accomplish normal business operations and activities.

The information you provide will only be used in relation to the transactions for which the information is provided.  Norco will not sell or disclose your information to other entities and all medical information is handled following the Federal HIPAA Privacy Practices.

 

How can I limit the information accessible by Norco?

Norco requires certain information in order for transactions from the Site to be processed. You can also “opt out” as a user of the Site by ceasing your use of the Site, or if an online account has been created and you’d like it to be terminated, by emailing ecomsupport@norco-inc.com. Norco reserves the right to maintain historical account information for record keeping purposes.

 

How is the information you provide protected?

Norco has implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.  However, there is no guarantee that a third party will not implement measures to circumvent our privacy settings or security measures.

It is your responsibility to safeguard the confidentiality of passwords issued for use with the Site.

 

Use of third-party links.

As a resource for our customers, Norco provides links on the Site to third-party websites outside of Norco’s control.  Norco does not control the content or policies of such third-party sites, therefore your use of these links is not covered under this Privacy Policy.  Norco is not liable for personal information that you may provide to others when using these third-party links.

 

Changes to Norco’s Privacy Policy.

Norco reserves the right to revise this policy without prior notice to the user.  Any and all changes to Norco’s Privacy Policy will be effective when posted to the Site.

 

Limitation on Norco’s Privacy Policy.

Norco’s Privacy Policy only applies to the information provided by our customers and/or stored within Norco’s active online tools for the Site.
